




The P.T Package
A four month journey
This four month package offers you the chance to learn or improve your skills in weight training and understand how to eat accordingly. You will be fully committed to your very own personalised program.
Month 1 - 2 sessions a week with Tommy. Where he will take a look at your diet and also work on your body's stability, mobility and posture in order to efficiently move on to stage 2.
Month 2 - a two day weekly split that focuses on progressive overload and your ability to manage heavier weight training sessions and understand your nutritional choices even further.
Month 3 - Hypertrophy phase. This phase will really shape your body. With 4 days of personal training sessions a week with Tommy, you will learn how to work each muscle group before we move on to the elite stage of your training.
Month 4 - This is the final stage. This is the stage where you take everything you've learnt so far and practice lifting as heavy as you've ever lifted before. Training to become a stronger and more powerful you with the knowledge to progress on your own. This is a four days a week split.
