Build Team

We went with Build Team for design and build of our ground floor return extension and loft extension. We were overall pleased with our experience of Build Team and it gave us protection and reassurance when undertaking such a large project with relatively little prior experience of building work. We were extremely pleased with the building contractors, who delivered the project on time and to a very high standard. Build Team supported when a few minor issues with neighbours arose, and that was very reassuring.

Build Team designed, project managed and built our kitchen and side return. The managers at Build Team took the time to make regular contact with us throughout the build to ensure we were happy with work carried out on site.

The builders went over and beyond when carrying out the works. I have never seen builders work so hard in such harsh conditions during winter. It was truly wonderful experience (something I never thought I would ever say about a major build).Its impossible praise the team at Build Team high enough.

Everyone was always so friendly and helpful. They ensured someone was on hand at every step of the way when I needed it. We used Build Team for a complete design and renovation project. They were excellent at communicating how the process would work, and from our first meeting to nearing the end of our build phase we have been thrilled at the service they have provided.
All the work they have delivered has been above our expectations - we have really enjoyed working with Hristo (our project manager) and Ali (our foreman on site). Hristo has been a pleasure to work alongside, helping us navigate the project with ease and resolving any issues quickly and always with a smile. We have loved having Ali lead the build phase for the last 6/7 months. He is polite, very understanding and has worked to make the job as painless and smooth as possible.
