Inspired by the child development and early years insight she gained on her Child Counselling training, Alexandra founded the agency to raise industry standards and offer a more empathic childcare approach for families in London.

We endeavor to find creative, engaging, empathic, fun and loving nannies who can create an environment children are able to thrive in. We are selective in who we choose to go on our books and only the best nannies with the right qualities and experience are successful.

With extensive nanny experience herself in both mainstream and special needs roles, and as a parent herself, Alexandra is able to guide both candidates and clients through the selection process in order to ensure a suitable, personalised match is made.

We thoroughly screen our London nannies using a 6 step process and conduct comprehensive interviews to make sure candidates are passionate about providing responsible, loving and engaging childcare.

We also check:

Identification documents
Enhanced police checks, or DBS (formally CRB)
Pediatric first aid certificate
As many references as possible, but a minimum of 2
