The Beast of Brixton

Visited today and had the best Sunday afternoon with friends! We had a fab Sunday roast with great customer service and great drinks too! We ended up not leaving until they closed! Nothing was a bother and didn’t feel rushed or like any request was a nuisance! Would definitely visit this place again!

Will Kindness, what are you on about man. The single best roast I have ever had. Enough room for amateur gymnastics and a disciplined approach to social distancing. Sounds like you've had one to many soggy potatoes and boiled carrots from another local venue. You sour sprout.

In all seriousness, the roast was amazing and lovely staff. By far one of the best I've ever had at a very good price. Will be back again! Had the roast beef and it was incredible, every single component of the roast was a delight and worked together so well. The beef was so tender, parsnip puree was a pleasure and the deep fried ox cheek was delicious and added a unique element to the whole plate.

The food was incredible and excellent value for money. An amazing roast dinner and the best sticky toffee pudding I’ve ever had. They’ve put a lot of effort into making it safe during COVID too! So glad to see them back! Will definitely be booking again soon!!
