Keyholding
Keeping a dedicated keyholder is necessary for some properties, a property need a keyholder to attend for any alarm activation whether it’s a burglar alarm or fire alarm activation. Emergency services such as Ambulance, Police or Fire brigade may need access to the premises if such emergencies arise so a keyholder from our company attend the site to assists the emergency services and prevent those services cause damage to the property by opening and closing key area of the property if needed.

Alarm Response

We recommend a proper investigation after any alarm activation, whether it’s a false alarm triggered by faulty alarm system or set off by insect, high wind, power cut etc. In the event of an alarm activation our alarm response experts can attend your property and carry out full external and internal patrol, investigate the reason of alarm activation and reset the alarm panel. If all ok they can secure the site, if any other emergency services need to be contacted our attending officer can arrange all. Until your site get secured they can remain on site.

Lock Up/Unlock

Many commercial property need to get locked up after certain time at night/evening, so our security officer and keyholder can attend the site and carry out full property inspection. If everything found in proper order, our officer can lock up the building. Same way we can check the site in the morning and unlock the site.

Scaffolding Alarm Response
Scaffolding alarm activation need to be attended by an expert security officer. To minimise the risk of scaffolding being vandalised please call us to inspect the scaffolding to make sure it’s in correct order and not causing any health hazard.
