Wainwright and Cummins LLP have been serving members of the public for over 35 years
Established in 1983 by its two Partners Andrew Wainwright & Jonathan Cummins their mission is to set the highest quality legal advice available and resolving all client concerns, in a timely manner. The firm has since moved from its original home in Harley Street (Marylebone) to Brixton (Lambeth). During that time Wainwright & Cummins incorporated part of the practice of Hallmark Atkinson Wynter (in November 2006) whose partners became consultants of the firm. Wainwright and Cummins LLP is a growing and progressive firm with offices at two sites in Brixton, South London.
Our aim is to use the legal process including laws and acts to ensure that our clients’ rights are protected and represented. Our commitment to client care is reflected by the Lexcel quality accreditation awarded by the Law Society and by our inclusion as a ‘leading firm’ in the ‘Legal 500’, an independent legal directory.

We have offices in South London and consulting rooms in Central London but have a client base stretching over London and the South East. We are accessible 24 hours a day and are committed to excellence.
